There was a lot of excitement in Erie, PA, because we were in the “path of totality” for the Total Solar Eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024. I’ve been designing jewelry for over 50 years and could not pass up designing a keepsake to mark this once-in-a-lifetime experience for most of us.
Ready to Ship TSE Pendant is designed by Elisa Guida of La Petite Jewelers, Erie, PA. TSE pendant is app. 3/4″ total length and contains a stainless-steel (silver color) sun and a black plated round disc. The charms are movable, and you will be able to flip the sun charm behind the black disc (moon charm) representing the approximate 4 minutes of darkness in Erie, PA during the TSE. Comes with a 16, 18 or 20″ stainless steel curb chain* with a lobster clasp. *High Quality Stainless Steel *The necklace chain is made of #304 stainless steel, rust proof, lead free which is safe to wear every day. Many shared this event with family and friends. This pendant is an interactive Commemorative Keepsake of this historic event. The most recent total solar eclipse occurred on August 12, 2026, passing over the Arctic, Greenland, Iceland, and Spain. Totality lasted up to 2 minutes and 18 seconds, with the path concluding in northern Spain at sunset.
